Plenary ‘Looking Forward: From Critical Transitional Justice to New Justice Imaginaries’

In this session Laurel Fletcher and Tine Destrooper (in conversation with Giselle Corradi) will reflect on the insights from research and practice shared on Day 1. They will seek to pinpoint the main challenges for Transitional Justice as a field of practice and a scholarly field, and will explore why it has been so hard for the formal practice of transitional justice to be more responsive to developments on the ground – and how this could be remedied going forward.
